The apportionment of delegates is that 40 elected delegates are apportioned based on the current geographic distribution of population within the Roll Commission’s current registry. This resulted in the following apportionment:
Certified voters will select from the candidates representing the area in which the voter resides. For example, if you live on O‘ahu you will vote for the candidates running for the 20 O‘ahu delegate seats. Candidates for Delegate must reside in the area they will represent.
