Although Walter Ritte has publicly announced that he is withdrawing as a candidate he has not officially provided notice to Election America or Na`i Aupuni that he is withdrawing his name as a candidate. Thus, Mr. Ritte’s name remains on the Molokai ballot and votes cast for him will count towards his candidacy.
