Judy Moa has informed Election-America or Naʻi Aupuni after the ballots were sent to voters that they are withdrawing as a delegate candidates. Thus, any votes cast for them will not count toward her candidacy.
I am 50% Hawaiian as my father was 100% hawaiian born on Kaua'i in 1931. My mother is Irish, English, Scottish & French and I am 38th generation of Winston Churchill clan.
I have a bachelor degree from the University of Hawai'i - West O'ahu. I have FEMA certifications for all NFIP forms. I am an Insurance broker with annual continuing education requirements.
